C. R. Reynolds are dedicated to a programme of continuous improvement. On completion of each and every project we request a customer feedback report from our client. We request that our performance be graded within the ranges between ‘very good’ through to ‘very poor’, and ask that our performance be measured against the following categories: -
- Quality of Work
- Quality of Management
- Quality of Staff
- Progress and Punctuality
- Co-ordination of Sub Contractors
- Liaison and Co-operation
We are delighted with the response we have received from our clients so far and are pleased to report the results from our last 50 contracts as follows :
Whilst we are pleased with these results we are continually striving to improve, and are aiming to achieve in excess of 90% in the 'GOOD/VERY GOOD' category within the next year.

Alan Wood and partners have worked with C.R. Reynolds (Construction) Ltd. on Civil Engineering and Building projects for approximately 20 years. During this extensive period C.R. Reynolds have always been constructive in their approach to advance the projects, while achieving good quality of work, maintaining excellent client relations etc.
The majority of our experience at C.R. Reynolds Construction Ltd has been on projects that have been procured conventionally with Alan Wood and Partners as the engineer and C.R. Reynolds as the main contractor. The projects range from provision of infrastructure for large residential developments through to large industrial high specification buildings. All the contracts were won in competitive tender and we have never had cause to contemplate removing C.R. Reynolds Construction Ltd from our list of approved contractors.
With the advent of design and build, Alan Wood and Partners have been employed by C.R. Reynolds Construction Ltd on industrial developments and hospital infrastructure work. This form of relationship has enabled Alan Wood and Partners to witness the internal organisation of C.R.
