The site was of a heritage nature and was surrounded by listed buildings. Works included for the installation of service and CCTV ducting, drainage, construction of a new car park using concrete sub-base and finished with tegular type paving with parking bays denoted with marker blocks, construction of free standing walls and feature panels and installation of ornamental purpose made and painted steel fencing and gates.

Existing yorkstone and cobble sett areas were taken up and relaid and the job entailed approximately 20,000m2 of new and existing paving. Works where constructed to a high standard and with complete satisfaction of our client with value engineering from CR Reynolds works were completed below budget and a week early.
