Stakeholders
For this project, we used the expertise of our local Warwickshire County Council Framework Team. This enabled us to foster effective relationships between site and local residents and businesses. Works, such as planing and resurfacing, were undertaken out of hours to minimise disruption to stakeholders.
All traffic management was highways approved and installed in pre-agreed, Chapter 8 compliant phases, with onsite trained staff to maintain traffic management elements and assist road users and the public, as required.
Challenges and Solutions
Frequent variations and additional work content were seamlessly incorporated into the project by our professional, highly experienced and competent project team. In spite of these challenges, we delivered the project to the agreed programme and budget. This was only achievable through our commitment to work collaboratively and by carrying out weekly project and programme reviews to ensure a clear, coherent and efficient delivery plan.
Result
All elements of this project were successfully delivered to a high quality, under the direct supervision of Warwickshire County Council.
The Difference We Made
