Construction of a new factory

The project was to construct a new factory site for the Nekem organisation.

The project was carried out on a Design & Build basis; fundamental to a successful delivery of the scheme was gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Nekem organisations operational activities and requirements in order to deliver a facility that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.The end result is a 6500m² factory facility with the M&E apparatus associated with the Nekem operation and extensive storage areas, this is complimented by a multi level contemporary office area which is now used as the companies main Operating Centre.
