The WiME Raising Aspirations Programme is designed to encourage female students from across the Humber region to consider a STEM-based career in the manufacturing, engineering, digital, construction and renewables industries.
This year, two groups of Year 9 girls visited Siemens in Goole for a valuable opportunity to learn more about careers in engineering and the different pathways available into the industry. We worked in close collaboration with Siemens and Swanedge deliver an engaging and collaborative Sessions with the students. The day was packed with activities, including a site tour, team-building exercises, and an introduction to AI and its benefits.
